Products purchased only from APOTHE Official online can be cancelled or returned but cannot be exchanged.

1. Cancel Order: It can be done within ‘Order Status(payment completed) standard’.
* The time for canceling an order is based on the order status (payment completed).
1) Order before 9:00 am → Cancel until 4:00 pm (on the same day)
2) Order after 9:00 PM → Can be canceled until 4:00 PM the next day
(However, If received after the cancellation time, it will be treated as a return and return shipping fees may apply.)
2. Return: Acceptance can be cancelled after the delivery time or in the process of delivery. Once the delivery is completed, it can be accepted.
According to the standard terms of the Fair Trade Commission, the goods are available within 7 days from the date of receipt.
However, the product content is different from the display or advertising content or the contract content is different,
alternatively, within 3 months from the date of knowing or becoming aware of the fact, the goods can be exchanged/returned within 30 days.
1)Based on the acceptance date of the return, the product should be returned to ‘Lotte Express’ within 1-3 working days.
*For smooth recycling, please package the returned product in the packaging box you received and hand it over to the courier.
2)The return process starts with the product being recycled and stored in our company's logistics center, and takes an average of 3-5 working days.
*However, during the return and credit card payment process, according to the policy of the credit card company, it may take some time until cancellation,
the cancellation results and processing time can be confirmed through the credit card company.
*Due to change of mind(Within 7 days after receiving the product)and personnel reasons such as ordering errors, a round-trip delivery fee of 6000 Korean won will be charged.
*The quantity of returned products is consistent, and the individual boxes and labels of the products are not damaged. The accompanying gifts must also be sent together for return processing.
*Partial returns are not allowed.
3. Exchange
It’s hard to exchange due to product change or order errors. If you want to exchange, after cancelation or returning, it can be reordered.
